Left over Lasagna anyone???
Is my family the only family that can never finish off a dish of lasagna? I use to feel like we were eating it for leftovers for days. This is what my dish looked like after having it for dinner and lunch for two days after.
It's almost half the dish left and I don't ever feel like I can throw it out. But I also can't eat another bite. Can anyone else relate to this?
So it's time to freeze it. Luckily my sweet mother gave me the best tip on how to do this. Instead of freezing it in one big chunk. Cut it into individual pieces, like this.
Once you have them all cut, put them into individual freezer bags and throw them in the freezer.
Then on those days you don't have time or don't want to make lunch, just pull one out of the freezer in the morning, and at lunch just warm it up in the microwave for a minute or so and it is ready to eat!
